As the seasons change, I sometimes find myself wanting to keep eating the same foods for breakfast. I think of it as the most important meal in my day because it’s the first thing that I put into my body in the morning that sets the tone for the rest of the day. I have been drinking smoothies in the morning for a long time now, occasionally switching up what I put into them. Over the past few months, I have been drinking my morning green smoothie with our “Be happy” mix. I love using lots and lots of spinach in my smoothie to really alkalize my body, boost my immune system and help keep my digestion strong and with the added supergreens in the “Be happy” mix, I feel super energized and healthy…but sometimes cold! I find myself huddled by the heater after I drink my smoothie on these cold winter mornings. So I want to know, what are you guys eating in the morning to keep you toasty warm?
