Spicy-Cranberry-Sparkler Mocktails!

SPICED-CRANBERRY-SPARKLER:
(serves 4)
Ingredients:
-1 C fresh cranberries
-spices, 1/2 tsp. each of cloves, ginger, and cinnamon 
-fresh water
-sweetener of choice ex: maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
-garnish of choice (be creative!) Nath served hers with cranberries a bobbin'! 
     Rinse cranberries and put in a small saucepan with just enough water to cover them. Add spices. Heat on medium heat 5-10 mins and let cool. Divide mixture evenly between 4 champagne flutes and top off with your favorite sparkling water. Garnish and ENJOY!
