Join NYSM co-founder Kyleen Keenan (and special guests!) on a 7-day culinary and wellness tour of Italy. Discover the vibrant plant-based wonders of Rome and Tuscany April 20th - April 27th, 2019.
Nourish your body through cooking classes and workshops. Nourish your spirit through guided tours of the Italian countryside, meditation and daily yoga practices.
This journey starts with 2 days in Rome to learn how to make plant-based cheeses and explore the city's incredible raw chocolate shops. We will then travel up the coast to Tuscany to settle in our villa, an organic wine farm set in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Here we will be surrounded by woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and mountain streams with spectacular views and untouched landscapes.
Our days will be spent learning about wild edible and medicinal herbs, learning how to make sourdough pizza, plant-based cheeses, hand-rolled pasta and chocolates all while utilizing local ingredients from right outside our door.
